Karlee Davern

The Peninsula Broker was founded in 2022 by Director Karlee Davern. Karlee has over 15 years finance industry experience and has a wealth of knowledge. A former Financial Planner that has also spent many years working closely with accounting firms has given her the competitive edge and in depth knowledge to provide strategic lending solutions to achieve the best client outcomes. She has a great understadning of all things finance - be it self employed with multiple entities, SMSF or structuring debt for the best tax effective outcomes - Karlee can find the right loan to suit just about any situation. Karlee will work with you to develop an understanding of your current financial position and your future goals, requirements and objectives. We will then research and investigate a panel of over 40 lenders and product providers, and recommend the most competitive and appropriate products and structure for your unique situation.
